    Rox + Rumble is a small family business and your happiness means so much to us.  We work hard to get to your emails as soon as possible. 

    Pre-orders have the estimated shipping dates noted on the product page.  We try to ship items as close to the estimated ship date as possible.  Unfortunately, sometimes we run into delays.  Should this happen, we will contact you immediately.  This also means that your order may ship before the date noted on the product page!  Yippee!  If you have any questions about your pre-order, please contact us.

    All orders, domestic and international (we ship to most countries worldwide) will ship within 3-5 busines days, unless the item is on pre-order.  All orders are shipped through USPS.  Once we ship your items, transit times may vary based on the carrier, weather and time of year.  You can track your items with the tracking number we provide you. 

    We will ship to the name and address provided during checkout.  The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.  If your address changes during a pre-order, please contact us to let us know of the changes. 

    Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.  All lost, stolen or returned packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.  In the event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions. 

    As the buyer, it is your responsibility to purchase insurance.  If you need insurance, please contact us prior to ordering. 

    International buyers, please note that we cannot control custom delays.  Rox + Rumble is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred upon arrival.

    Returns + Exchanges are only issued within 7 days of customer receipt date.  Brand new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells or animal hair can be exchanged or returned in it's original packaging.   Exchanged or returned items received in any condition other than new will be refused.

    If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email exchange@roxrumble.com.  We will send your new items when we receive your brand new "old" items.  Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.  Any condition other than brand new, will be refused for exchange.  You will be responsible for the return shipping.  

    If you would like to schedule a return, please email returns@roxrumble.com.  Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.  Any condition other than brand new, will be refused.  If condition is brand new, as stated above, we will issue a refund less the shipping charges.  Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.  You will be responsible for the return shipping.
